Helping women find freedom from terrible relationships with food and their bodies by breaking free from diet culture and addressing true health with a holistic approach - mind, body, and spirit.
You can expect to improve your health from the inside out, which includes sleep, digestion, anxiety and mood, energy and pain levels, improving strength, endurance, sex drive, etc., and also often includes improved blood-work.
You will notice an improvement in self-reflection, confidence, relationships, boundaries, and setting realistic expectations and reaching personal goals.
We will do this together with:

Exercise Therapy fills the gap between physical therapy and traditional personal training to help you train out of pain, and increase strength, balance, and mobility - so that you can live your life exactly the way you want to in every way within your control for as long as possible, without being inhibited by your body.
Biblically Based Life Coaching
A once a week call and text support to help you create boundaries, set expectations, get healthier, have support and encouragement in the middle of all the life happening around you, and take steps toward the life you want - rooted in biblical truth and prayer.
Live Seminars
A comprehensive look at the healthy habits taught in my Health Simplified Program, what they are, how and why to implement them into your life, and action steps to do it on your own.
The Health Simplified Seminar touches on balanced nutrition, functional fitness, and mindset rooted in biblical truth. It has everything you need to get started on your health journey!
